Hey there! My name is Erin.

My fantastic husband Jeremy, aka The Cheesecake Guy, and I are the owners and bakers of On A Whim Sweet Treats. This dream started in 2019 when someone special to me decided to have a small intimate wedding, but had not thought about a dessert. I couldn’t possibly let her get married without a cake, so I took it upon myself to surprise her with some sweet treats. In these last few years, we have gotten married and were blessed with two beautiful children who are our world. Now, thanks to all of you, I have been able to move from a home-baker to our beautiful store located in quaint Francis Creek, WI. While I started out as the only baker in this household, I love getting to say that I now get to do this wonderful journey right alongside of my husband. Jeremy has taken over making all of those delicious cheesecakes you see as well as our ooey gooey cinnamon rolls. We couldn’t do this without all of you, and we look forward to making all of your days sweeter!
